Jeff Bullington

Advisor to the Board of Directors and Partner, Meta Venture Partners, LLC

Mr. Bullington is a co-founder and Partner of MVP, an investment boutique with offices in Orlando, Florida.  MVP provides capital and management expertise to select opportunities within focus areas, including material science, photonics, and semiconductor technology. Mr. Bullington has been the President, CEO and CTO of several start-up companies over a diverse range of technologies.  Mr. Bullington was a co-founder of Krysalis Corporation, a semiconductor non-volatile memory company, VaxDesign, a biological immunology engineering company and the Founder of Raydiance, a ultra short pulse laser company.  Mr. Bullington started in the laser diode and telecommunication industry in 1979 while at Arizona State University.  After that, Jeff became the Electro-optics Section Chief at the Air Force Weapons Laboratory (AFWL) in Albuquerque, New Mexico, working and developing electrically- and optically-addressed spatial light modulators (SLMs) devices and system applications.  During the early 1990s, Jeff operated a highly successful program funded by the Economic Development Administration for technology maturation for accelerated job creation. Mr. Bullington also spent several years as a SETA to DARPA/DSO for both technology and commercialization. Mr. Bullington has numerous publications and over 20 patents ranging from material science to grating couple laser diode technology.
